Discover one of the unexplored treasures in Europe, with its wildlife, gorgeous nature, and breathtaking landscapes. We pick you up from your accommodation in a comfortable 4×4 Land Rover Discovery, and your escape from the routine begins!
Enjoy the fascinating landscape of the Peneda-Gerês National Park , which connects the Spain and Portugal borders and is located in the northeast of Portugal. Beautiful waterfalls, postcard viewpoints, mountain peaks — the full nature package is waiting for you.
Our local guide takes you on a small hiking trip, explaining the countryside and the natural heritage of the park. If you are lucky, you can see wild horses, an ibex, or a deer on the track.
After lunch break, you have some free time to visit the village and explore people and culture on your way. Enjoy the afternoon at a lagoon and dive into its crystal clear waters if you feel up to it. We show you the best places, off the beaten tracks.

The hiking tour allows us to get a deeper contact with the history and biodiversity that makes the Gerês National Park one of the most interesting tourist spots in Portugal. Caves and cracks carved in the rocks by the nature over thousands of years, waterfalls, lagoons, and protected species are some of the sights that add value to this activity.
Gerês has always symbolised the harmony between man and nature, in a permanent sharing of activities and feelings, of the people allied to nature of the inhospitable granite mountains shaped by time. The water flows crystalline by the streams and the pure air involves the great diversity of the fauna and the flora providing a continuous movement of calm and pleasure. -
